1949年3月29日出生于湖北省武汉市，曾任中国人民大学会计系主任，研究生毕业，获经济学硕士学位。 社会兼职主要有：
中国会计学会理事、中国审计学会常务理事、中国教育审计学会副会长、中国会计教授会候任会长、北京会计学会副会长、教育部工商管理教学指导委员会委员、南京经济学院兼职教授、东北林业大学兼职教授、中国煤炭经济学院兼职教授。 主要著作有：
商业财务会计、商业审计学、工商企业会计学、会计学原理、会计学基础、高级商业会计学、会计大词典、上市公司资产重组研究、金融工具会计管理等等（200万字）。还发表文章80余篇。 主要研究方向有：会计理论与方法、审计理论与实务 讲授课程主要有：初级会计学、财务会计学、审计学 主要经历：
