Strees is on everyone's lips these days.Fierece competition is imposing great pressure on both bosses and employees,teaches and students.They often feel overwored and quickly lose their inner balance.Irritation,tiredness and exhanustion quickly follow.
But that is only the negative side.Stress,after all,is also linked with positive terms such as joy vitality.It is nothing more than a positive reaction of the body to pressure.It is through stress that you realize your potential energy and power.We shouldn't let stress cause tension in the mind.People who take every little strife as negative stress will not be on top of world.Those who feel refreshed at every new turn will view a difficult round of negotiations or competition at work more as a positive challenge than a burden.These people kown how to relax themselves and are more likely to succeed.
Do not be afraid of stress.It is just anoyher way of making you live a better life.

A Letter to my Teacher
January 18,2005
Dear Mr.Zhang,
I have long felt that I have something to talk to you.
First,I must ask for your pardon because in the past two months I didn't study hard.Maybe you have noticed my sleeping in class,my absenting from class,and not finishing my exercises in time.I'm sorry for all this,but I'd like to ensure you that they will not happen in future.
This afternoon,I tried to do the exercise.I found it difficult to finish.It seems that,because of my lagging behind in studies,I am a stranger to my book.I have done a job as a family tutor for tow months.I konw that study is my top priority but I have to take part-time job because my father had his leg badlly hurt in a accident at the beginning of the year.I think I must do someting for my family.
I always feel so lucky to have you to be my professor. I really like your lectures which I find really alive and interesting.
That is all I want to say.I will appreciate your understanding.Thanks a lot!
